By accessing MediaTrace OSINT services or generating forensic verification dossiers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Delivery & Pricing

• Forensic Single Pass ($29 One-Time): Immediate digital metadata reconstruction and certified Chain-of-Custody dossier export.
• Investigator API ($149/mo Subscription): High-speed programmatic media verification endpoint with recurring monthly billing.

3. Merchant of Record

Orders are processed through our merchant partner Paddle.com. Paddle provides customer order support, global tax handling, and refunds.

4. Permitted Use

MediaTrace tools are designed for legitimate legal, insurance claim analysis, journalistic verification, and cybersecurity due diligence.
